About Michele Goodman
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, AMFT 149224, supervised by Mackenzie McFarland, LMFT 129786, based in Los Angeles. I earned my Master’s in Psychology from Pepperdine University and came to this work after a career in interior design and professional organizing. That experience shaped my perspective on creating intentional spaces. Now, I focus on creating emotional spaces where clients feel grounded, supported, and genuinely safe to grow and thrive.
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with who they are, deepen their confidence, and create lives and relationships that feel authentic and fulfilling. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I draw from a mix of modalities based on what resonates most, and I especially love working with individuals who are exploring their identity, building self-awareness, and learning how to navigate life with greater clarity and ease.
Authenticity is at the heart of my work. Therapy with me is an uplifting, honest space for reflection, connection, and compassionate support where you can feel understood, empowered, and aligned with the person you want to be.
