Session Rates

• Individual therapy (50 minutes): $175

• Couples therapy (50 minutes): $200

Sliding Scale
I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients with financial need. If cost is a concern, we can talk during your consultation and find a rate that works for you.

Insurance & Payment
I currently accept CenCal Health, United Healthcare, and Aetna. For private-pay clients, payment is due at the time of service via Zelle or Venmo. I’m happy to provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services. Your total may vary based on your needs and progress. You’re welcome to request an updated estimate at any time.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments are billed at the full session fee.

I offer a complimentary 15–20 minute consultation to answer questions and help us determine whether we’re a good fit.
