Session Rates
Individual Therapy · 50 minutes · $175
Couples Therapy · 50 minutes · $200

Insurance
I currently accept CenCal Health. If you prefer to pay privately, I can also provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Sliding Scale
I keep a limited number of reduced-fee spaces available. If finances are a consideration, please feel free to ask about availability during your consultation.

No Surprises Act
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. I’m happy to provide one when you schedule services or at your request.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are charged the full session fee.

Complimentary Consultation
I offer a complimentary 15–20 minute consultation where you can tell me a little about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and see how it feels to talk together before deciding whether you’d like to begin.
